Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult
Think you might have it?

Welcome to the (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub - where we ditch the confusion, drop the shame, and turn your ADHD (whether officially diagnosed or not) into something you can finally get your hands on and own.

TL;DR: The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is where late-realised ADHD women finally take control of their ADHD without the stress. Bite-sized info you can knock out at your own pace, regular live coaching, and a tight-knit community of women 30+ who actually get it. You don’t need an official diagnosis - if you think you might have ADHD, this is for you.

It’s time to get out of your head.

Just because you’re not “neurotypical” doesn’t mean you’re broken.

It doesn’t mean you’re lazy.

It doesn’t mean you’re incapable.

First things first: I don’t call ADHD a ‘superpower’.

Let’s be real - it’s hard being neurodivergent. And I’m done with the whole “my struggles are my superpower” nonsense. It’s draining, and honestly, I’m over seeing and hearing it everywhere. We don’t need to sugarcoat it.

We’re allowed to say this sh*t is tough.

We’re grown women, not teenage boys wishing we were in a Marvel movie. What we need aren’t capes or masks - we need real strategies that work with our brains, not against them.

And that’s exactly what The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is here to do!

Having ADHD just means our brains process the world differently - like a custom operating system. With the right tools, you can make it work for you, not crash every five minutes.

And let’s talk about that internal war.

The one where you feel like you’re always doing but never getting anywhere. You feel stuck in an endless loop of frustration, like you’re trying your hardest, but it’s never enough. You’re constantly running on empty, doing everything you can think of to stay on top of things, but the list just keeps growing.

The shame. The frustration. The irritability that sneaks up out of nowhere. It’s exhausting.

But I’ve worked with hundreds of neurodivergent women - some diagnosed, some who are unsure if they even WANT to go for formal assessment, and some who are just starting to see things click - to get out of their heads, start making sense of their (maybe) ADHD, and take action without feeling like they’re drowning.

You don’t have to navigate this alone anymore.

If you’re ready to stop overthinking and start owning your ADHD, you’re in the right place.

Who am I?

I’m Charlotte Dover, and I didn’t know I had ADHD until I was 36.

It was a game-changer. After years of feeling like I was just “failing” at life, the diagnosis made everything click. But even after my diagnosis, there were no easy answers. I didn’t get a roadmap. I didn’t have a guide to show me how to navigate this new ADHD reality.

So, I made my own. And I’m sharing it with you now.

I’ve spent over 9 years coaching, mentoring, and helping women take control of their lives. Over the last two years, I’ve focused exclusively on ADHD, helping women - whether diagnosed or just suspecting they have ADHD - understand their brains, embrace who they are, and finally stop fighting against themselves.

The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is the culmination of everything I’ve learned, both from my own experience and from the hundreds of women I’ve helped. I created this membership because I know how isolating ADHD can feel, especially if you’re just realising it might be part of your story.

I know how overwhelming it is to feel like you’re always falling behind and that no one really gets it. That’s why I’ve designed this membership with YOU in mind.

I want you to get out of your head, stop overthinking, and finally start feeling like you can live a full life with ADHD, without all the endless mental battles. You don’t have to do this alone anymore. I’m here to support you, give you the right tools, and show you exactly how to make ADHD work for you. Not against you.

The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub isn’t just a membership. It’s the community, support, and guidance you’ve been searching for. And I’ve got your back.

FAQs - everything you need to know before joining

What are Charlotte’s qualifications and experience?

I’m Charlotte Dover, a life coach and ADHD coach with an ICF accreditation. But more importantly, I’m a late-diagnosed ADHD woman who’s been where you are. I get the struggles, the doubts, and the breakthroughs because I’ve lived through them.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36, but I’ve been navigating life with ADHD traits since I was much younger. With 40 years of lived experience and over 200 hours of coaching training (and 1000s hours of practice!), I know exactly how to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be.

This membership is built on the foundation of my own journey, my training, and my experience supporting women like you. I’m here to cheer you on, offer real solutions, and make sure you never feel alone in this process.

What is the (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub?

The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is an online community and support system specifically for late-realised ADHD women. It’s a place to get the tools, strategies, and support you need to take control of your ADHD, find clarity, and start thriving without the overwhelm. The Hub is packed with bite-sized learning modules, live coaching sessions, body doubling, and a supportive community that gets it.

Who is this membership for?

This membership is for women who either have ADHD (whether clinically- or self-diagnosed), or suspect they might have it. It’s perfect for late-realised ADHD women - those who are discovering their ADHD later in life and want to understand it better. Whether you’re just starting to explore ADHD or have already been diagnosed, this membership will give you the tools and community you need to thrive.

Do I need to be diagnosed to join?

Nope! The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is open to anyone who thinks they might have ADHD. You don’t need to have an official diagnosis to join, but if you’re seeking one, you’ll find resources and support for that too.

What’s the difference between a self-diagnosed person and someone officially diagnosed?

The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is for everyone. Whether you’ve been officially diagnosed, are still figuring things out, or even if you’ve just suspected you have ADHD, you’re welcome here. It’s about finding what works for you - no diagnosis required.

How much does it cost to join?

The membership is £47 per month with a three month minimum commitment to begin. After that, you will enjoy month-to-month flexibility - you never need to commit to a long-term contract. If you prefer to pay for your first three months upfront, I offer a discounted rate of £135 (that’s £45 per month).

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, there’s a minimum commitment of 3 months when you sign up. After that, you can cancel any time, but I recommend giving yourself time to fully explore the content and build connections within the community.

What do I get for my £47/month?

Bite-Sized Learning Modules: ADHD-friendly content you can absorb at your own pace, designed to avoid overwhelm.

Live Coaching Sessions (3x a month): Real-time personal coaching to get answers to your questions and tackle your specific challenges.

Private Community: A safe space with a maximum of 25 members, all women 30+ who truly understand ADHD.

Body Doubling Sessions: A space to focus and get things done alongside others who get it.

Support with Access to Work Funding: Help navigating and applying for the funding you need to make your work environment more ADHD-friendly.

Ever-Growing Resource Library: A bank of tools and resources available at any time to help you manage ADHD in a way that works for you.
Discounted 1:1 Coaching: When you need extra personalised support, enjoy a discounted rate for 1:1 coaching sessions.

What if I can’t attend a coaching session?

Nothing to worry about! They are at different times on different days to try and make sure everyone can make at least one session each month. I made the decision from the start NOT to record these sessions as they are for you to get live, individual support and I didn’t want you to feel you have yet more things to “catch up” on - we’ve got enough of that in our busy lives as it is!

Each coaching session is 90 minutes but you can feel free to come and go as you prefer during that session, no need to “be on time” or stay for the whole thing. Take what you need.

What is a Body Doubling Session, and how does it help?

A body doubling session is where you work on your tasks in real-time alongside someone else (or a small group of people). It’s proven that ADHD brains do better when we have someone else “present” (whether that’s in real life or virtually e.g. on Zoom or FaceTime) to help us stay focused. These sessions are all about boosting productivity and making it easier to stay on track with your tasks.

What if I can’t attend a body doubling session?

Same deal. If you can’t attend a body doubling session, it’s totally okay. You can still access the community and the support you need through other channels, and you’re welcome to join future sessions when it works for you.

How is this different from other ADHD groups?

The (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is designed specifically for late-realised ADHD women who want real, practical strategies, not just theory. This isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. We focus on actionable tools that work for YOU, with live coaching, a small, supportive community, and a focus on real talk - no fluff, no pretending ADHD is easy or a ‘superpower’.

It exists because there simply WASN’T another group like it for later realised ADHD women, and honestly, I still don’t think there is another group out there with the same sense of community and support that the Hub offers (but yes I’m biased - though members think so too!).

Will this membership help me with work-related ADHD challenges?

Absolutely! We specifically help with practical solutions for ADHD in all areas of life - including work. From managing your tasks to accessing funding for workplace accommodations, you’ll get the support you need to make your work environment work for you. The Access to Work support is a key part of this.

Is there a limit to how many members can join?

There isn’t an exact number limit but this will always be a relatively small community, there will never be 100s people - promise! This is to ensure that everyone gets the attention, support, and community they need without feeling overwhelmed or lost in the crowd. I’ll only be letting a maximum of 5 new members in each month too, to make sure that there’s no sudden rush of new people which I know can sometimes destabilise a community.

Once I feel that growing it any further would make it feel too big a group I’ll close the doors and operate a waitlist so people can only join when spaces open up.

How would I cancel my membership when I’ve got what I need from the Hub?

You can cancel your membership anytime after the first 3 months. Simply email me on [email protected]  and I’ll process your cancellation. Keep in mind that we don’t offer refunds for partial months, but you’ll continue to have access to the membership until your billing period ends.

What if I have more questions before joining?

If you still have questions, feel free to reach out  on [email protected]! I’m always happy to chat with you and make sure the (Maybe) ADHD Member Hub is the right fit for you.

How much does it cost to join?

The membership is £47 per month with a three month minimum commitment to begin. After that, you will enjoy month-to-month flexibility - you never need to commit to a long-term contract. If you prefer to save a little by paying in 3 month blocks it’s £130 - saving £11 each time.
