I’m Charlotte Dover, a multi-passionate, beautifully chaotic, late-diagnosed ADHD woman.
It's my mission to help you embrace your perfectly imperfect ADHD self more than you ever have before - and LOVE what happens when you start to do this.
I have a long and varied history of subjects studied, job roles had, projects and businesses started (and often not finished) and lived experience.All of this led me to my work to support and empower ADHDers.

Nope! It's intentionally blank so you can start any time.
There are enough pages for up to 4 months of daily pages (because let's be honest, we do NOT need to work quarterly...!)
Depending on how often you dip in, how many notes you write etc. each book will last you between 4 months and.... however long it takes you to fill all the lovely pages :)
Simple but effective! Black and white printed with lots of space for notes.
All on lovely 100gsm paper so you can use the writing implement of choice without it bleeding through.
There are tabs to keep you organised
AND if you find that you've dealt with everything on certain pages and don't want them distracting you from what's important next - the ring bound design means you can pull out pages to you heart's content!
With a sturdy hardback cover, you know it's not going to get too creased and crumpled, even if you stick it in your bag wherever you go (which you can do as I've designed it as an A5, handbag friendly size)
